Rate and Term Refinance No-Income-Verification Options
Ask LendEase about no-income-verification rate and term refinance options for eligible borrowers who want to change their existing mortgage terms. The lender must confirm the accepted qualification method for your occupancy, property, equity and borrower profile.
A rate and term refinance replaces an existing mortgage with a new loan to change its interest rate, repayment term or loan structure. LendEase helps you compare available lender options against the mortgage you have today.
What goals can a refinance address?
- Explore a different interest rate or monthly principal-and-interest payment.
- Consider a shorter term to repay the mortgage sooner.
- Compare moving from an adjustable rate to a fixed rate.
- Review a repayment structure that better fits your financial goals.
How is it different from cash-out refinancing?
A rate and term refinance focuses on changing the existing mortgage's terms. A cash-out refinance is designed to access available equity as well. Ask the lender how your proposed transaction is classified and which costs can be included.
Look beyond the monthly payment
Compare the new rate, repayment term, closing costs, fees and total interest. Extending the term can lower a payment while increasing total interest over time. Savings depend on your current loan and the actual terms offered; a lower rate or payment is not guaranteed.
What documents will I need?
Documentation and eligibility depend on the lender, property, occupancy, equity and credit profile. If traditional income documents do not reflect your situation, ask which alternative-documentation refinance options may be available. Requirements for one program should not be assumed to apply to another.
Contact LendEase with your refinance goal and current loan details so we can discuss the next steps. Program descriptions and calculator estimates are not a rate quote or commitment to lend.

Does no-income-verification mean no qualification?
No. It describes an income-verification option. The lender may still review credit, assets, reserves, employment or other information and any applicable ability-to-repay requirements. Approval, a lower interest rate and payment savings are not guaranteed. Confirm which documents are needed for the specific program.
Subject to lender guidelines, borrower eligibility, property requirements and underwriting approval. Program availability and documentation requirements vary.
