First-Time Homebuyer No-Income-Verification Options
No-income-verification options may be available for an eligible first-time buyer purchasing a primary residence. Ask LendEase which lender program accepts your circumstances and documents. This does not mean guaranteed qualification without income, assets or a repayment review.
Buying your first home starts with understanding which mortgage options fit your circumstances. LendEase is a mortgage broker based in Plantation, Florida, helping homebuyers compare options through multiple lenders and understand the steps toward a primary-home purchase.
Which loan programs should a first-time buyer compare?
Conventional and FHA financing may be available for eligible buyers. If traditional income documents do not reflect your situation, ask about eligible Non-QM or alternative-documentation options. Being a first-time buyer does not by itself determine your loan program or guarantee approval.
What if I do not have tax returns or pay stubs?
Ask about no-income-verification options specifically available for an eligible primary-residence purchase. The lender must confirm the qualification method, accepted documentation, credit, down payment, reserve and applicable repayment requirements. A program offered for rental properties may not be used for your primary home.
Preparing for your first purchase
- Discuss your homebuying plans and the amount you are comfortable paying each month.
- Review available savings for your down payment, closing costs and any required reserves.
- Tell us about your employment, self-employment or other circumstances and the documents available.
- Compare the costs and qualification requirements of the programs that fit your situation.
Can gift funds help with the down payment?
Some programs allow gift funds, subject to lender requirements for the donor, source and documentation. Confirm the rules for the specific loan rather than assuming the same rules apply to every program.
Use our mortgage calculator for an illustrative payment estimate, then contact LendEase to discuss your purchase. A prequalification is not a guarantee of approval, a specific rate or a closing date.
