About this notice
LendEase Inc. operates lend-ease.com and provides mortgage brokerage services. This policy describes information used in connection with website inquiries and mortgage applications. Our Financial Privacy Notice describes the handling of nonpublic personal information and applicable privacy choices in connection with mortgage services.
Information you provide
When you request information or begin a mortgage application, the information involved can include your name, contact details, property information and financing goals. A mortgage application may also require identity, income, employment, assets, liabilities, credit and other financial information relevant to the requested loan.
LendEase uses the information you provide to respond to your request and assist with your mortgage application. Lenders and application-service providers may also receive information needed to process your application. Credit reports or other third-party records may be obtained where permitted by law and with any required authorization.
Use the designated application portal for application information. Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, bank statements or other sensitive documents through ordinary website messages, chat or unsecured email.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested financing, communicate about an application, submit an application to an appropriate lender, support the mortgage process, prevent fraud, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.
No sale or marketing sharing
LendEase does not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their marketing. LendEase does not conduct joint marketing or share customer information with affiliates for marketing.
Information may be disclosed as needed to process your requested mortgage services, including to lenders, application and processing providers, credit-reporting providers, settlement participants, professional advisers, or public authorities where permitted or required by law. These application-related disclosures are separate from selling information or sharing it for marketing.

Application follow-up calls
By submitting a mortgage application to LendEase and providing your telephone number, you request that LendEase contact you at that number about your application and the financing you requested. This application-follow-up request does not provide blanket consent to unrelated marketing, automated or prerecorded marketing calls, or marketing text messages. Any separate consent required by law must be obtained through the applicable consent process.
